I was there for a meeting in another location. The hotel is warm and friendly . My room was large with a chair and a couch. The bed was great and service excellent. The bathroom also more than adequate. The staff are very helpful. They have a car that is available first come first serve for trips in the evenings. The casual Resturant was good for breakfast and the food there excellent. Would definitely recommend
Rooms are decent - what you would expect for a luxury hotel. But has dated technology compared to others. Access to the equinox gym is a nice perk.
But the treatment from the staff isn’t what you would expect from a Ritz property. Wasted 30 minutes getting various and conflicting explanations and excuses from different people at the front desk on a room issue.
There are too many other good options in DC to have to deal with the sub-par service.
