The 16 cozy efficiencies allow guests the option to cook in the kitchenette, which has a stove and mini-fridge, or use the outdoor BBQ. There is Wi-Fi access and laundry facilities available for guests.

A quaint hotel on the beach front.

A quaint hotel on the beach front in Cocoa Beach with access to the beach. Outside facilities included a BBQ area and seating with lovely views of the beach. Such a pleasant place to sit and watch the world go by. Handy for local bars and restaurants.

Hidden gem

Almost hate to give this place a great review because everyone would want to go here. Fairly easy to get to. Just moments from your room to the beach. Making plans to go there again next year. The place is a bit dated. Kind of a 50's style but kept up very well. Hosts are great. Enough perks like some beach chairs and such available to use. Highly recommended unless I'm in town then leave a room for me. Likely be our go to place to get away from Iowa winters.
