Located on the south end of Tybee Island, this charming hotel recently underwent a renovation and is just 15 minutes from Savannah. The Sea & Breeze Hotel is just steps away from the beach and is only one from the pier so if fishing or catching some waves is on your vacation agenda, this is an ideal location. The spacious guestrooms feature king or queen beds and bunk beds are available. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, plenty of cookware and a washer and dryer. A two-car underground garage is also available to guests. A large patio on the property also overlooks the ocean and makes for a great place to watch the sunset.

Hotel is decent but surly desk girl told me their staff live off the island therefore can show up for work whenever they please. Posted 8am office opening means 8:30am. And there’s no posted info about how to return keys while the locked office with the stupid paper taped to the door says nothing except 8am. You wanted coffee? Walk a few blocks and pay $3 for it or wait till mama decides to show up.

This place has a lot of room for improvement. The sheets had stains, the comforter had rips, the floors were dirty, and the bathtub was gross. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the front desk staff was friendly and it’s close to the beach.
