Sea Watch Resort consists of two towers towering over the Atlantic. Guests stay in luxury one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums. Units feature living rooms with Murphy-style or sofa beds, fully equipped kitchens and washer/dryers. The decor typically displays pastel colors that compliment the ocean views. Six oceanfront pools, 10 hot tubs and two lazy rivers are on the grounds. Two of the pools are covered and can be enjoyed year-round. A game room is also at the resort with arcade games such as pinball. Kids’ activities are planned throughout the year, including movie nights, pool and beach games.
Captain’s Cove Cafe offers breakfast buffets with Southern comfort foods, like French toast and bacon. Seasonal lunches and dinners are also served. A coffee shop is a must-see for children, as they also serve ice cream sundaes and banana splits.
The resort is minutes away from Tanger Outlets and Restaurant Row in Myrtle Beach.

2019- March 9th-16th
Our family of four stayed at SeaWatch March 9th-16th. Our party consisted of my husband, our two and a half year old, our 11 month old, and myself.
Check-in: We were greeted by Deeah at the front desk upon arrival. I couldn't have asked for anything better. We ordered tickets to the Aquarium and Breakfast Buffet etc. beforehand and everything was organized and very clearly explained to me. Total check in time was 3 minutes. Fast, efficient, friendly, informative and most of all, welcoming. Thank you Deeah for starting our vacation right!
We requested a 3 bedroom ocean front room in the North tower. We were given Penthouse 10 (20th floor) and it was BEYOND our expectations. It was very well laid out (just as it showed in photos and floor plan) and was very spacious and clean.
Housekeeping did come daily. *Please note below*
We requested a Pack and Play for our little girl and it was in perfect condition, clean and brought up right away without hesitation.
You can exchange beach towels whenever you would like. They are large, clean, and soft.
Breakfast: We ordered the breakfast buffet for 4 mornings there. We were SO glad we did!!!
We were met daily by Pardeep with a big smile and VERY friendly welcome. She would interact with our girls and would go out of her way to be sweet to them (taking my oldest by the hand, giving her a balloon etc.) She was so cute!
I will warn you that Marvin has completely ruined my omelet expectations. I can no longer find anyone who will make them as good as he did! The list of ingredients to choose from is long and everything is fresh. He is quick and friendly. He also made my daughter a waffle with whipped cream every single day along with all the other options that are in the warmers (and yes its warm coming out of them). We loved being able to pop down to the buffet and eat and then get on with our day with a full belly and happy kids.
Location: We were never more than a 20 minute drive to our destination! You can walk to the Tanger Outlet Malls in about 5 minutes as well as Walmart, Golden Corral, Cold Stone Ice Cream and other shopping. On top of shopping and restaurants we went to Broadway at the Beach, The Skywheel, Boardwalk and Ripley's Aquarium to name a few.
Other: Peter is there Thursday-Sunday to whip you up Starbucks treats and they were even BOGO during our week stay!!! Anything you would normally get he can make! Theres lots of snack treats in that shop too (directly outside the elevators for a quick grab and go on your way out to your car or off to the beach/pool). The peanut butter stack is to die for!
Pools are clean, heated and plentiful as are the chairs. Clean beach area and multiple entry points including a ramp option which was great for the stroller.
NEGATIVE: We had one VERY rude lady for housekeeping. She knocked and entered without waiting and then when I asked her if she could come back in 20 minutes since I was feeling my little one and not dressed appropriately and we were heading out in 20, she responded “Oh Nah, It's now or never” to which I responded then I guess it is never, please leave. She proceeded to push the door all the way open (banging it on the wall), huff, and let it slam closed which startled my child who was feeding. I was SO upset. I called and spoke to someone at housekeeping and she sent someone else who had come the day before and she was so nice and sweet and apologized for the last girls behaviour, but wouldn't tell me her name for my review. I will tell you, she was the rudest person we came across at the resort, restaurants, shopping, etc. She needs to be fired but I promise you, she was one rotten apple in a bushel! Everyone else was BEYOND nice and friendly and accommodating. I regret not asking to speak with management about the housekeeper because she should have apologized.
We wished there was more carts to load and unload cars, but we made a few trips and it was fine.
We had no trouble with waiting for elevators, but we did speak with a maintenance guy who said during peak time, there is a wait.
We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

This resort was everything we hoped it would be. Heated outdoor pool heated indoor pool and several hottubs. Spacious and clean rooms with a very friendly staff in the evening. Resturant and arcade located in the hotel was clean but alittle pricey for they food.
