Yesenia was an amazing, nothing was an issue and always delivered service with a smile and promptly. She was that good we called her the HappyHappy lady, because she was always happy.
Great hotel, few minor issues but nothing to shout about. Would go back again one day. Lots to do but would book trips in uk as cheaper than booking there.
This is a beautiful, well kept resort. The reception staff are attentive and helpful. They welcome you and make sure you know exactly what to expect. The TUI staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms are spotless, large and the bed was huge and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day and the sheets turned down at night.
We were in premium and having a private area with a Butler was a little bit special. We booked the day beds twice and they were lovely, right at the front of the beach with a Butler fetching drinks and snacks. To be honest there were always plenty of beds available on the beach and around the pool so there wasn’t any of the towel on sunbed nonsense.
The food is excellent. The restaurants were absolutely lovely. Space Walker prepared the best fillet steak I have ever eaten. The burger restaurant is great as is the coffee shop. The choice in the buffet was immense. They had everything. I can honestly say I tried lots of new food and didn’t eat anything I didn’t like.
The nights were fun too. Plenty for everyone. A drink in vino vino or the a cocktail in the reception bar. The beach bar was also open as was the square where they had a gin cart and tequila shots plus a variety of other specialise drinks on different nights. The drinks were what you’d get at home. So when I asked for a JW green label that’s what I got!
The downside. The beach had days when the seaweed covered everything, they cleared it quickly but it was smelly. The sea was rough, I loved it my husband did not. He also didn’t like swimming with seaweed. Also the TUI trips were expensive. We paid over £700 for 2 trips for 3 people. That said we enjoyed them.
The staff are fabulous. They don’t expect tips but they are definitely worth tipping. We did have one who booked the restaurants that kept trying to get us to a presentation which we thought was time share but was more about getting premium status on future bookings. Needless to say we didn’t go
Highly recommend this resort. It was wonderful
