Charming, clean and affordable!

by trishkc

We have staying here for a few years now and absolutely love it. If you're going to Silver Dollar City this place can't be beat. It's only a five minute drive and you don't have to get in the middle of the terrible traffic coming from the other direction. Although it's on 265 it is set back off the road and quiet. Beds are comfy, rooms spotless and the people running it are lovely. If you're able to get room 17 by all means do. It is on the second floor with a kitchen, sofa, king bed and balcony. The regular standard rooms are great too and again, all are so reasonably priced. They also have a 2 bedroom house with full kitchen and wood burning fireplace that my daughter and her boyfriend are staying in new month.

Loved everything about it

My wife and I are pretty easy to please, but even if we weren’t Shady Acres would’ve been rated very highly. With us it’s starts with being affordable, clean and nice, welcoming people. This small motel way surpasses on all of those criteria. It’s just around the corner from Silver Dollar City but has a secluded feel to it even though it’s a quick drive to anywhere Branson related. The owners and employees are good people. They obviously take pride in what they do and their jobs. We’ll definitely stay here on our next trip to Branson.
