· A great little hotel, situated in a fabulous location, surrounded by the jungle in Singaraja hills. Our joglo was beautiful and comfortable. It had a new AC unit and an efficient fridge to house the water bottles provided daily. The bed was comfortable and had a functional mosquito net. The little porch was excellent to sit outside and work on the laptop. The pool at this hotel is just great - what an unforgettable experience! Very clean, beautiful, with amazing views. The gardens are immaculate and the team tending to the gardens and looking after the guests are all great people, very helpful and professional. Every query and every problem were resolved promptly and efficiently. The hotel also provides excellent value for money. Will definitely consider it for a second visit in the future.
· Just a few niggling things: the lights in the joglo were very faint for reading - perhaps, more powerful bulbs for the bedside lamps could improve things. The absence of a shower could be compensated by adding a support fixing on the wall above the bath for the flexible shower head - this would really help those guests who would want to have a wash and not have to fill up the huge stone bathtub. The storage space was quite limited but the coat stand was very helpful in that respect.
