Absolutely one of the best guest services I have ever received at a hotel from beginning to end. Every guest service employee has been extremely friendly and mindful of my every need. All my request has been received with politeness and wanting to do anything to make our stay more pleasurable, including flexibility such as taking out beds, rearranging room, setting up tables and even getting us comfy chairs to sit in during our meetings. They have really made it so much easier for us to concentrate at the task at hand and I know I can count on them to get the job done. All respect to Ethan, Drew, Catherine, guest services, the front desk employees, engineering and maid service staff who have done a fabulous job and a spot-on example of what superb hospitality is delivered!!!!!

The Sheraton is close to shopping areas and many restaurants.
the Sheraton had an indoor pool and hot tub -- great surprise!
It was nice they had a little coffee shop that serves Starbucks.
they had a nice restaurant inside which was pretty good for breakfast.
I stayed on the 8th floor- view of the city --very pretty.
Here is where they can make improvement-- the bed was very firm ( too firm for my back) The pillows had no type support for my head ( it felt like feathers in pillow).
the room was very clean and bathroom was very spacious; however; our carpet seemed to have quite a few stains in it. ( carpet looked clean, just looked like someone spilled something on it and but couldn't be captured it correctly with steam cleaner)
Front desk failed to inform me that there was a lounge-- As a Platinum Elite member ( Marriott) I figured they would of informed me --which was fine -- i found it when i walked passed it ( yes i'm aware not all Marriott's have a lounge- but it would of been nice to know that one existed)
other than that I would stay again
