I am a Platinum Elite Bonvoy member soon to be Titanium & Ambassador and I have traveled enough to have realistic expectations. Sheraton recommended me a tour to Nusa Penida where the driver lost my IPhone Pro 11, was a careless driver, did not speak english, the tour guide was a teenager not professional at all. I strongly suggest Sheraton to recommmend and work with professional companies. Durings all the years traveling this is the first complaint and worst I had to share.

We stayed as a party of 3 in room #2016. The room comes with 2 double beds, but upon check-in, the receptionist added a third single bed to the room for no extra charge, which was a nice touch! The room itself was beautiful, very clean and a lovely view over the grounds. We only stayed for one night, but we all wished we could have stayed longer! We ate at the onsite Italian restaurant for dinner, and had breakfast and lunch as the downstairs restaurant. Both had lovely food and drinks! We also used the spa for massages and treatments, all of which were really relaxing and great value! Check-out was until 2pm, which was ideal as we had time to relax and go to the beach in the morning, then be showered and packed with no pressure or rushing! The hotel also assisted in booking us a Bluebird taxi to the airport, which only took 20 minutes and cost around 75K IDR. I hope to return here next time I visit Bali and stay for much longer than 1 night!
