For some of the most beautiful beaches in Panama, you’ll need to drive a little further outside of Panama City. The all-inclusive Sheraton Bijao is 73 miles from Panama City’s Tocumen International Airport, but it feels like a world away. Wide, pristine beaches, onsite water sports and three pools — including a shallow kid’s pool and water slide — set the scene for a great tropical vacation. A complimentary kid’s club, game room and playground make it a great choice for families.

My recent stay is by far the best of all-inclusive resorts. I have visited several all-inclusive resorts in Panama and Sheraton Bijao has really improved their service, food quality and variety. I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the personnel from Mr. John O'Hara GM of the hotel to front desk, bar, restaurant, all top notch and genuine willingness to satisfy your needs. The dining at Sakura is well worth the additional fee. Los Olivos has no additional charge and is a nice dining experience.
The room is spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is showing the passage of time and could use a fresh coat of paint. Other than that, the facilities, pool, beach leaves little to be desired. I would recommend staying at this property and would no so without reservation.
