It is what it is. Made it nice. If you are doing QVC good spot

Sometimes i go to an older hotel and they try to dress it up but it’s still dirty. This hotel is proud. Still has acoustic ceilings and old furniture but it is very clean. Service was excellent. Nice little gym. If you are in the area. Very good.

Not worthy of the Sheraton brand name

by RaJoM

I checked in on a Tuesday evening, having reserved a King room on the Marriott website. I get to my room and it is a twin room, not a King with a view of AC equipment on the roof. I called Reception and after a 5-minute hold, I went back down to reception to request the room type I had booked - a King. I was told that several Platinum Elite members had extended their stays and so no King rooms were available and when I asked about compensation and not being told about the lack of King rooms at check-in, I was stone-walled.

The Sheraton lounge is tiny and was unable to accommodate the breakfasters. Then, both elevators quit working at around peak morning time, meaning I had to walk down stairs with luggage, from the 5th floor to Reception. In terms of ambiance and for the room rate charged, I expected a lot more from this hotel. I could have stayed nearby and received probably better service and the same quality for about half the price.
