Great location and service

Stayed here for the Adobe Max 2019 conference at a special rate and was upgraded to a nice corner room (with a window that actually opened). Mini fridge in room was super convenient. The elevators were a little tricky but not a big issue. Did not use in room coffee or dining, but the Starbucks behind the building couldn't be more convenient. As for the service, the bell captain Leonard was always helpful with a smile, and that man knows his luggage. Thanks for a great stay!

Another Great Stay!

Had another great stay at the Sheraton DTLA...Warm greeting from the Front Desk manager Jun always cheerful and ready to assist. We had breakfast in the club lounge and had great service from Lupe, very friendly and accommodating. The staff on the lounge floor are great.

Thanks for everything hopefully I see you in December!
