It’s just an airport Sheraton but it could have been 4 Seasons by the great service by Qwin at check in. She engaged me like a friend, noticed an airline uniform jacket packed on my suitcase handle, and discussed with me the best way to gain points in Bonvoy (I was on a normal internet rate). She took an interest in my status level, and went into detail about how to get to titanium. She also educated me on lifetime status which I was unaware of. She was a genuinely nice person as well as a great service person. Sometimes you get the finest service possible when you least expect it. Thanks Qwin!

The staff are just so used to travellers they are efficient, friendly and professional. All around value for money, safe clean and the shuttle service is so handy. The restaurant was busy, food fine, service swift, check-in and check-out super quick. Surprisingly quiet.
