The Sheraton on the Falls is one of the most coveted hotel in Niagara Falls, Ontario. It provides spectacular views of the famed attraction (don’t forget your camera), and is so close, the roar of the falls can be heard from many guestrooms. The hotel is conveniently situated on Clifton Hill, a hub for attractions and restaurants.
While the location is the hotel’s main draw, Sheraton on the Falls rolls out the red carpet for families, with plenty of onsite or nearby dining options, spacious guestrooms with mini-fridges, free Wi-Fi, pools and a private walkway to Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. If you’re traveling with grandma and grandpa, they’ll appreciate a private walkway to their own play land — Casino Niagara.

Penthouse Two Story Suite
If you want to truly spurge, book a stay in a Penthouse Two Story Suite, which has a bedroom loft and bathroom on the upper floor, and a sofa bed and second bathroom on the lower floor. Location of this hotel is perfect as it is on the bottom of Clifton Hill and very short walk to view the American Falls. We did not pay extra for a Falls view room, had a city view room on the 10th floor overlooking the Rainforest Cafe. Beds were comfy, room had mini fridge. Bathroom was very small, very little counterspace and sink/toilet/tub all in one. Being American expecting a good "exchange rate" things are still very expensive. Sticker shock for all the Canadian taxes. Valet parking for Marriott Bonvoy members is the same as "park yourself" so we used valet and it was very easy. The hotel has Starbucks, gift shop off the lobby very convenient. There is a Dining level with restaurants. We ate dinner at the Fallsview Buffet which will review separately. The Rainforest Cafe is attached somehow (you don't have to step outside) and we found a walkway that also took us to the Hard Rock Cafe without going outside. Next to the Hard Rock Cafe is Pizza Hut and Subway and not sure what else. Hershey Gift Shop very short walk.
When we checked in Saturday Oct 5, 2019 for 6 nights Ms Romee shes one on the front desk staff had provided us with excellent customer service always with a smile she's an asset for Sheraton On The Falls; room is great; water pressure is great, view of American Falls, wifi is great; from pool 14th floor has full view of american and horseshoe falls with clifton hill; all staff in the lobby are really friendly; housekeeping always asked if we need anything, gave me 2 WeGo pass. We will definitely go back again. I told my family and friends about my stay in Sheraton on the falls and now they're planning their trip and stay at Sheraton on the Falls.
The hotel provides an indoor swimming pool, open year-round, and an outdoor pool, open during the summer months. There are no lifeguards on duty.
Fallsview Indoor Waterpark

The Art of Smart Timing
Sheraton on the Falls bustles with excitement throughout the year, particularly in the summer months, when rates -- even for the most basic rooms -- are highest. You'll pay a pretty penny no matter when you visit, but consider a visit in September, October, April or May to avoid some of the crowds.
Sheraton on the Falls is located 45 minutes to an hour from Buffalo Niagara International Airport, with traffic factored in. Expect to pay $4.50 in tolls -- a $1 toll in New York, and then a toll of $3.50 to cross Rainbow Bridge to Canada.
The hotel is so close to Niagara Falls that it doesn't make sense to drive. It's also located on Clifton Hill, putting several restaurants and attractions within reasonable walking distance. If you plan to visit the Skylon Tower, you'll want to drive, and parking is available for $10 there.
For Mom and Dad
Guests of the hotel receive free beer tastings at Niagara Brewing Company, just around the corner. Taste a few beers before ordering a whole pint, along with small plates such as a cheeseboard and soft pretzel duo. The atmosphere is casual, so kids can come along.
There's plenty to do right at the hotel, too. Visit the Christienne Fallsview Spa for a relaxing massage or wrap before heading to dinner at Windows by Jamie Kennedy, where locally sourced ingredients are featured in innovate entrees that include Candied Nut Crusted Ontario Lamb Shank and Sweet Potato Crusted Atlantic Salmon. The restaurant also offers an extensive wine list. Be sure to make a reservation well in advance. If you don't want to be away from the kids, try the hotel's social hour, hosted between 5 and 6 p.m. daily. Local wines are served for a small fee.
