Its the People that make a differnce.....

I am a flight attendant for a major carrier. I try to stay at this Sheraton whenever I have a little extra time. Juliette at the front desk always makes me feel welcomed and valued. Veronica, Jamie and front desk staff whose names escape me at the moment always are welcoming and fun to chat with. I am saddened by the news that there will be no more airport shuttles at the beginning of the year. Drivers Dave and Jake have been driving me back and forth for years now. They are great at making me feel welcome before I even set foot on the hotel property. I hope that the powers that be reconsider the idea of stopping the shuttles. I for one will not be able to stay as often with the additional cost and hassle of getting downtown on my own. This is a great place to stay when you are in SLC.....

Hotel Staff that Cares

I recently booked this hotel through a 3rd party service. When I arrived my husband and I were assigned a room worn 2 double beds. The awesome front desk attendant, Jeff, quickly upgraded us to a club level king and gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers. The room was beautiful, the view was breathtaking, and the staff was perfection. Thanks for a great stay!
