Families can choose to stay in Shore Crest I on the ocean or Shore Crest II on the marsh (a stroll from the beach). All villas contain full kitchens, sitting and dining areas, DVD players, balconies and washer/dryer units. The first building houses pastel villas with balconies and garden tubs. The property has a lazy river and a poolside cabana with beverage service. The second building is just across the street, offering a “Cape Cod” vibe in its accommodations and views of the grassy coast. Villas display vibrant living and dining areas. A heated pool and hot tub is on the grounds. Barefoot Landing provides seasonal fireworks that are best viewed from one of the second building’s balconies. Of course, families can use the amenities in both buildings. Kids can take advantage of movie rentals, children’s planned activities and a game room.

A great place, location was good. Pools were wonderful inside and out but the outside also had a lazy river pool which we loved.. On the beach they had a little restaurant to buy drinks or hamburgers, etc.. and it was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Need all restaurants and stores and not far from shows either.. All in all it was wonderful vacation.

The villas are being changed out to Blue Green Vacations and were undergoing some painting. The area that they are located is very quiet and nice and not full of the "trappings" that we saw at North and South Myrtle Beach. This resort is located on the south end of North Myrtle Beach. Surrounded by residential neighborhoods made it a nice place for walks in the evening.
