A mere 11-minute walk from the Columbia Gorge Interpretive Center Museum, this upscale-leaning lodge features rooms with Pacific Northwest ambiance (some have fireplaces and balconies), onsite hiking trails, and an indoor pool, sauna, and outdoor hot tub. Throughout the grounds, there are great views and plenty of space for kids to run around, and at night you can gather around the fire pit and make s’mores with provided kits. Onsite recreation opportunities include a golf course and a zip line; there’s also a spa and several restaurants to choose from.
Stay in one of 254 rooms or suites, many of which are spacious and comfortable for families. Want an extra-special experience that your kids will talk about for years? The lodge recently opened two treehouse-style cabins: each sleep up to four guests and offers a unique, secluded experience where you can connect with nature’s beauty while not sacrificing modern conveniences.

We stayed with out grandchildren and everything was wonderful. We all loved the pool. They made everything special for the children from the welcome bag for the kids to the special help at breakfast. It is a great place for families.
Skamania lodge is an excellent romantic get-a-way. It has a lot to offer that an overnight stay is not enough time to explore the area. Will surely come back!
All staff are nice. The fire pit over looking the river is an excellent view!
