A Perfect Spring Break Vacation Getaway

Ski Tip was the perfect place for us to relax after long days of skiing and snowboarding. The breakfast each morning was delicious and kelt us full while on the slopes. We can't wait for our next visit to Ski Tip and Keystone!

Wonderful Dining Experience

by grbirchfield

After a good day of skiing my friend and I were in the mood for a good meal. After dining at the Ski Tip Lodge we ended up with a memorable dining experience.

The lodge is small, cozy, historic and inviting. The dining room was intimate. The staff are professional and friendly. The menu offered choices in soup, appetizer, main course, and desert. I had cream of cauliflower with parsnip soup, a salad with butter lettuce, candied bacon, pear, and a white balsamic vinaigrette. The main course was duck over Farro beans, brocolli, and desert was panna cotta. Every dish was wonderfully prepared and presented. Every bite was delicious. We also had the wine tasting menu. The pairings were unique wines that accentuated each dish. Plus Megan the sommelier is a great storyteller. With each pouring with great warmth and knowledge she provides you with background of each wine to hat heightens the the enjoyment of the meal. Oh yes, desert is taken in the sitting rooms with fireplaces lit. It is a first class dining experience in all respects.
