Nothing Special, Nothing Wrong

by waldentenn

In many ways this is the quintessential average roadside hotel. It is reasonably clean; the service is fully acceptable if in no way exceptional; rooms are adequate if not in any way special. Amenities are OK--no hot items for breakfast, no fitness room, no pool, tiny public computer but free wi-fi, easy access to I-81 in a semi-isolated location. The only walkable restaurant is in a failed Shoney's eatery. Have to drive to Cracker Barrel or Texas Roadhouse.

Bottom line: this place is OK.

Very Good

by Docky B

I liked it. This hotel is close to I 64 and I 81. It was clean, in a good neighborhood, had a nice breakfast bar, and the price of the room was very reasonable. The rooms at the back of the hotel should be the most quiet. The small rubber duck in the bathroom was a nice touch. I can reccomend this one.
