This is a favorite hotel of ours on our way to and from Florida. We pretty much stop in both directions every year. The desk staff are very pleasant and very efficient, the pet friendly rooms are close to a door, and the place is clean and well run. I am pretty certain that we will be back.
Stopped in for the night on our drive home. Needed a clean and comfortable place to rest with our dogs. The staff, the property, the room, the HOT water, the dog walk area, the breakfast, EVERYTHING was just wonderful. I am so incredibly impressed with the entire operation. I wish every hotel could learn from these folks. It takes so very little to make such a big difference. Tea and coffee in the lobby at all times, a great breakfast with JACQUE who was such a sweet and gracious hostess - offering a truly wide range of foods, including gluten free cereals and breads. Lots of heatable options, fresh fruit, juices, make your own waffles. The breakfast area was large, cleaned immediately after each patron. The dog walk area is BIG and offers poop-bags and a trash bin. Room had lots of towels, bathroom amenities, fridge and microwave, lots of pillows, beautiful comforter and supportive but gentle mattress. The staff person helping us check in was so gracious and friendly, with a cookie for each dog wrapped in a poop bag. And in the room was a sweet note along with a rubber duck that our one dog just loved and brought home.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for making our one stop such a wonderful memory. We will be back.
