The staff took excellent care of my needs as I require oxygen 24/7 and special equipments needed to be delivered to my room via my oxygen provider. They were very gracious and helpful! The location to the NEMC is very convenient.
This hotel is more than the average room for the night. My room was larger than a typical hotel room and I enjoyed the extra space. It also has larger closet space as well as more drawer/storage than most hotels. Although it's one room it has a sitting area and a bedroom area. It also had a fireplace which was a very nice surprise! Each room has a full kitchen with basic parts and pieces so you can prepare a simple meal. They provide a free breakfast every morning and it varies each day. I'm unsure why some guest will complain about the breakfast, it's free. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance to the hotel so if you don't like the free breakfast go out and eat. I found their information online very detailed (no elevators, pet policy, pool) and if something is important to me, I will call a hotel and ask; you should do the same. The room service is unique here. It's limited to fresh towels, making the bed and taking out the trash each day. This was perfect for me! If you need additional service, just ask in a timely manner and they will provide. FYI, this is called Limited Service and it's explained on the website, at the Front Desk and on the printed material in the room. This is an older property, so it's not new and shiny. It needs some cosmetic updates, but that didn't affect my stay or my review. It's not an Omni, or a DoubleTree, or a Four Seasons. If you want that type of hotel stay at that type of hotel. Overall I was very impressed with the value. I enjoyed my 3 month stay and will return the next time I'm in Omaha.
