Overview

South Beach Inn is a hidden hideaway in Cocoa Beach. This colorful motel is an affordable accommodation on an uncrowded beach (yet, it has a lifeguard). Enjoy the tropical breezes and ocean views from the grassy yard or deck. Grill out and dine in the large covered picnic shelter. Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to Orlando’s Disney World, about an hour’s drive southeast.

Families, including fur babies, can enjoy the oceanfront location. Pets of all sizes are welcome. Relax in the tiki hut or recline in a hammock. Kennedy Space Center and Brevard Zoo are just a short drive away. Port Canaveral is also close.

Two bedrooms sleep up to six, with a queen, two twin beds and a full-size futon. Complimentary rollaway beds are also available by request. Kitchens are fully equipped and closets are walk in. Wi-Fi is available, or surf the ocean waters. Great surf shops are just down the street.

Military discounts are available. An onsite laundry facility makes it easy to pack light.

One night stay

Stayed here on the way between Miami and Daytona. As previous reviews it’s not the most modern but super clean and very friendly staff. The location is great, right on the beach and room had everything needed.

My trip to Cocoa Beach, Fla

by esmerlda2014

Stayed at SBI again for a month. The management/owner are really great and friendly.
Only steps away from the beach with outdoor shower, and in Sept the weather was fantastic. My friends and family are close, and we had a great time using the covered table, and bbq, only a few feet from our room. I have stayed at SBI before, and when I go to Cocoa Beach I always stay there. I highly recommend this place. No,- it's not a 5 star resort, and has some issues, but it's in the "old Florida" motif. Great for kids, and it's pet friendly, ( just clean up your pets doggy-doo.) Hope I am able to go there again next yr.
