I’m a titanium Marriott member. I have NEVER written a review in 30 years but... I took the time to review this hotel on Marriotts site after staying but it never got posted- surprise. This is very old hotel and there are only 28 reviews on Marriott‘s website which tells you they only post decent reviews. I have never stayed in a dirtier hotel. The elevator walls look like someone put their hands in butter and smeared it all over the walls the room was so dirty that my son laid towels down because there was what appeared to be blood on the carpet. The Staff was exceptionally rude. Typically you get welcomed as a titanium member and thanked for being a loyal customer- they barely said high. This is NOT a Marriott property it is a franchise property if Marriott owned this property it there’s no way they would allow it to be as dirty it is. The halls full of crumbs, filthy elevator and down right scary room. It’s shocking. Trust me don’t believe the positive reviews on this location.

STAY AWAY!!!

Let’s start with the mattress, absolutely horrible. You can hear the springs in the mattress when you sit down and every time that you move. The ventilation system sounds like a jet when it starts and I can’t imaging actually getting any sleep in this room.

The parking is around the corner a block away. Unload your vehicle then drive around the street and walk back to the hotel. Ridiculous. The best part, EACH time that you enter the garage you have to carry your parking ticket to the front desk to be validated. YES, VALIDATED! They enter the number off the parking ticket and then you have to remember to carry it back to your vehicle to use to exit. Wow. Why can’t the hotel just lease space in the deck? It is incredibly inconvenient and that coupled with the horrible rooms will win the award for never staying here again. I will drive from across town before staying in this place again.

By the way, notice the clock in the room. It is actually 9:20pm and they have failed to adjust the clocks. Never mind that it is Tuesday and the time change was last Sunday.

Avoid it.
