Beautiful Hotel with Wonderful Service

by Kevinoj-11

I stayed at the Springhill this month while on a business trip, and I would like to comment on the valet service. I was greeted by a valet boy named Jalen who helped me with my bags and answered all of my questions. He also could give me clear directions on how to get anywhere that I needed to. Beautiful lobby and great all around service.

Very nice Staff- way to go Derek! Only complaint, no bathtub- otherwise really well situated

by couplessPS

So this is a new hotel, nice big rooms and a very helpful staff. However while it is well situated near the Hornets stadium, it is also well situated right next to the railroad tracks- so if you are lower down in the hotel, you will not escape train noise. I was on the 15th floor though and it was minimal. There is a restaurant - the free breakfast is mediocre at best, but you can get some fresh fruit, cereal, the eggs they have at these kinds of breakfasts and some oatmeal. My big complaint these days- no tub. I really miss them= I like to poach after long days and you can't do this in a shower. still this is a nice clean place and the people at the desk- especially Derek- are first rate.
