In the middle of it all.

Great front desk staff, convenient, newer property. Great value. If your trade show is at the Leconte Center, this is the perfect place. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, adequate parking, etc.

Centrally located in the heart of everything

I choose this hotel because they had king suites with jacuzzi tubs and heated pool and spa. It was also in the heart of everything. They provided breakfast and free parking. The staff are pleasant for the most part. As a Lifetime Titanium Elite member, I requested an early check in and a late check out. I did this at the time of booking, verified when I did online check in and then again after arrival. I received the early check in notice and we got in our room with no issue. When it came time to leave is when things went wrong. Staff starting knocking on our door before 10:30 even though there as a do not disturb sign. We ignored it. At 11 am, the phone starting ringing. Had a conversation with a person and told them that we would be checking out in an hour. Thrity-five minutes later there is knocking on the door. This time I answered it. Housekeeper wants to know when we are leaving. I tell her and she rudely says she will let the front desk know. I didn’t pay over $200 a night for this run around. The staff needs to communicate and flag rooms for people that are Titanium Elite.
