There is a walking trail a few feet in front of the parking lot. We went on a walk around the river and enjoyed it 100%. My wife was in a wheel chair and I forgot to book an accessible room. Oops my bad! The staff was very accommodating with our special needs even though I didn't get the room I should have, they took great care of us and realized we had some limitations. A newer property that is very nice and quiet.
The only recommendation that I would have is they pull a tread mill and elliptical machine out and put in a weight station. The tread mills and elliptical were in great shape. There were dumbbells and a bench so a good morning workout was possible but it would have been nice to have a weight stack also. Overall fantastic experience.

We only stayed for one night for BYUI Campus Day, the room was great. We love the double sink set up for family stays in SpringHill Suites rooms. Good location next to the highway which did bring a little car noise for us since we were staying on that side of the hotel. Guessing the other side of the hall would have been quieter. Beds are so comfy and hotel was quick to bring up an extra blanket for my son. (Sofa bedding is a little thin and sad.)

Had a delicious dinner at Fresco, which was just a few steps from the hotel front door. Only complaint was the breakfast. Fruit looked brown and the English muffins were stale...it wasn't the best hotel breakfast we've had but did the job. We would still stay here again.
