Great hotel!

The service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and a plus is that they are open 24 hours! Clean rooms and spacious! Will be bringing our kiddos along next time!

General Manager Patrick Jester will not respond. Asking for receipt on advance purchase

I'm a Spire Elite member and business traveler since 2007. I have been staying at this hotel for years when I'm in Albuquerque. Apparently, I reserved my stay with advance purchase and the hotel will NOT reverse the charges and will NOT provide me with a receipt for $294 paid in October. I'm scheduled to be in Albuquerque, NM on Nov 18 thru 20th and will not be reimbursed until the first week of December. I had to pay for the charge $294 out of pocket to the Corporate card in October since the hotel refused to provide a receipt.The General Manger Patrick Jester refused to take my call or return my calls. IHG member services tried in vain to reach a solution with the Hotel staff. Spoke with Front Desk Manager "Angel" who stated she wasn't aware that I was requesting a receipt, she claimed to have sent me an email...still waiting. Apparently loyalty and "Spire Elite" membership means nothing to the General Manager and staff at this hotel.
