Beautiful Hotel, Great Location and Excellent Service

I would give this hotel and service 10 stars! The space is beautiful, the room and kitchen is contemporary and free breakfast is a nice treat! The hotel is in a good/safe location for a reasonable rate.

I live in Denver and had booked a room for my parents visiting from LA for a couple of days. They had a wonderful time and special thanks to Jared at the Front Desk for making them feel so welcome! Staybridge will be my first choice hotel going forward.

For folks who are not familiar with Stapleton, this is a very cool neighborhood just 15 - 20 mins from the Denver Airport. Its conveniently located near a mall with lots of restaurants, new homes and close to downtown.

Thieves work here

The first time I stayed here and something came up missing I chalked it up to my mistake. I lost the item is what I came up with.
Fast forward a few more months and due to availability of a certain room I end up at this location again. I didn’t think much of it because I really did assume I lost the item from the previous visit so I’m not feeling a funk from previous experience. All is well.

We currently see a doctor in Denver for a medical situation with my daughter. We have to be in Denver 3 days a month for a year or more.
Plus I travel often for work and pleasure.
We chose Staybridge suites when we can because I like the layout of the rooms and it’s just convenient. I like the brand and what it comes with.

I won’t be staying at this location again. I will avoid at all costs. If your missing something from your room, like a very expensive piece of jewelry you took off to use the exercise room, there will be no resolution for you. A simple shrug of the shoulders and a dumb look is all you get. I think Nate probably profits off the items misplaced by guests. Or in my case straight up stolen. Someone here has very sticky fingers and nobody does anything about it.
