Vacation to New Mexico

by trouthook69

Large hotel in great condition. The room was comfortable and quiet at night after about 9. Meals were offered Monday through Wednesday but I wish beer and wine were offered as in all other Staybridges I have stayed in. Front desk staff were being trained and it took quite awhile for clerk to figure out how to check in. But you have to learn Food was good at breakfast and what I expected. Good place to stay in Las Cruces.

Home Away from Home

My husband travels for business quite a bit and we, the family, get to tag along most of the time. We have stayed at hotels from the East coast to the West coast and everywhere in between. Hands down, this is the best hotel we have stayed in for the money, the amenities for a family of five staying all week. 2 bedroom suites with a living area, full kitchen, 2 big bathrooms, supplies for the kitchen and they just installed these shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in the showers that are full of good products. They serve a good hot breakfast and really good evening meal three nights out of the week on one of the nights they even grill burgers and franks, the servers are friendly, keep the arera clean and when foof or items run out, they are quick to fix the problem. The patio has a nice enviroment to kick back and relax with a fire pit, ample sitting around the area a big screen tv. Likewise the pool and hot tub are always kept clean and in working order. The people at the fron desk are so very helpful with any business tasks that we had and also very helpful on suggestions of what and wehre to go while visiting, even providing flee sleds and wax for sledding at White Sands National Monument, which the kids loved. A couple of people stand out for their work ethic, professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness during our stay; the first is Tina, wish I would have asked her last name, she was amazing at sharing ideas on what to do while visiting, but she was always working...cleaning or helping out guest...thank you Tina! My kids were impressed by your service and still talk about you. The women at the front desk, Claudia and the young lady, whose name I didn't get, but she had only been there very few days., these two ladies went
above and beyond helping out and taking care of their guests.
When in Las Cruses, this is the place to stay.
