Great stay

Got a decent rate, have found better rates for this hotel. Rooms are great, great friendly staff. Definitely one of the more better continental breakfast! Rooms are always clean, and beds are comfy. Nice and close to Mall of America

Cramped bedroom, too spacious living/dining area

by generaltaylor

Clean suite with 2 queen beds is super tight in bedroom (nowhere for suitcases) and then has tons of room where you don’t need it in large kitchen and living room. Also, very small bathroom space with open sink area next to beds that makes it impossible to use sink area without light shining onto beds. Annoying to pay more for suite and end up wishing you were in regular hotel room that has more space around beds and better bathroom orientation. Also, can’t turn on bathroom light without the loud fan also waking up people a few feet away. Ugh, do they do any research before designing these places? No luggage racks but a full size laundry basket? I get it, these are supposed to be for long-term stays but I doubt many people are having 10 guests over, cooking dinner, and doing a week’s worth of laundry. Main hallways to get to elevator are tight labyrinths. So bizarre. Worst part is we have already pre-paid a second night here.
