No two units are the same at Summer Beach Resort, where you can stay in a condo, villa, townhouse or penthouses. The multi-bedroom units offer ocean views and full kitchens, and some offer a washer and dryer or garage. The beach, tennis and golf are all nearby for everyone to enjoy, and the Beach Club Pool is open daily until 10 p.m. Umbrellas and beach chair rentals are also available.

Fantastic vacation rental property!!

I highly recommend Summer Beach Resort located in Amelia Island, FLA!! Our condominium was exquisitely decorated and included an amazing view of the beach! Numerous amenities were available including a fully-furnished kitchen, a wide screen TV in the living room plus TVs in each bedroom! Numerous stores and delicious eateries were a short drive away!! We especially enjoyed the welcome center and historic district on Centre Street (several delicious eateries were within walking distance--to accommodate a wide variety of tastes, e.g. Italian, American, seafood, etc.) So very wonderful!!

A great condo

We stayed in Ocean Place unit 22. The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for dining in. The master bedroom had a king size bedroom and an oceanfront view and balcony. The second bedroom had a queen size bed and was located in the front giving privacy and quiet within the condo. We spent time at one of the two pools and the beach. It was a lovely vacation at the great location. I hope to return in the future.
