This is a uniquely beautiful location with exquisite views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Sunrise Ridge is very well maintained with activities that far exceed most hotels in the area. I will for sure return.

would not recommend. Unit was full of cobwebs. Very outdated. The only comfortable furniture was a recliner in the living room. The couch was like sitting on a box of wood. The beds were comfortable though. So if you're just looking for a place to come and sleep and not relax, this would be fine. Make sure and take a paint mask. As soon as you step outside your room the smell is awful. Theres a huge trash dump just around the corner and the smell is unbearable. We couldn't even sit on our deck. I had read this on reviews before we went, but I totally believe it now. There aren't any amenities like most resorts other than an outdoor pool. I don't know how the cabin units are though. But it wouldn't matter to me since the smell was horrible. I had to cover my nose everytime I went outside.
