Rooms were good but was not to happy with the staff service. If you book online and have issue, no one is willing to help at the front counter. Reversation were closed and we were so frustrated at check in. The guy did resolve the matter but it was at our own cost which was unnecessary. When you call through reservations they are so rude and keep transferring you. I called them 3 times and was on hold for 30min or more each time. Staff doesnt know any about online booking through agency's. Their coordination is very poor.

Arrive at Tokatoka hotel, recevied by the receptionists, the porter brought some freshing juice, very welcoming , chose this hotel cause next to the airport and each time i take a visit to Nadi I try to change hotels to see how they welcome their visitors; the only thing is I did not like is the beds the matress was not on my expecations, I have back problems and need a hard matress and not a soft one, but I guess its me. thankyou Tokatoka for your beautiful island smile and Island beauty
