Our stay this year at the Torreblanca was once again a four star vacation. As far as location it is still the best beachfront hotel for your hard earned pesos in Rincon de Guayabitos, IMHO.

The staff (as usual) were amazing and go out of their way to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Mucho gracias to Ariana at the front desk, Raphael, Junior, Avi and Francisco in the restaurant. Elena our housekeeper was awesome. Our room was kept very clean and was made up everyday well before noon. There was always hot water in the shower. The beds were really comfortable and the free wifi worked for entire stay.

The hotel had a new rule this year, two snacks and dinner meals a week in the restaurant were added to your bill. First of all, the meals were great the BBQ ribs and azteca soup were delicious. Considering you were getting a drink, salad bar, soup, main course with dessert this was very reasonable.

We certainly noticed that the overall atmosphere at the hotel was vastly improved over the previous year, as the majority of chronic whiners, who could not handle the changes did not return. Hallelujah!!! We cannot wait to return next year.

Staff was great. Meals were good. I did notice the selection of food was repetitive. I love the location of the hotel and the view from the rooms. We stopped here for one night and the room we got was clean and I had no issues. We left for Puerto Vallarta and after our trip there was over we decided to come back to Torreblanca Suites for the remainder of our trip. The room we got the second time was NOT clean. I was grossed out by the bathroom and you could tell the beds were dirty. This hotel would really benefit from an upgrade. Invest in fresh paint, NEW TOWELS, NEW LINENS and add a microwave and you'll have my business again.
