I was taking a group of high school seniors on a trip.

Overall, I could not be more pleased with our stay. My only negative is that I expected to have two bathrooms in a two room suite. As I was taking high school seniors with me, you can imagine my need. Aside from that, everything was terrific (and that was only a trivial inconvenience). What I found most praiseworthy was the service and atmosphere. I interacted with two people at the main desk, one individual at the breakfast and a cleaning lady on the third floor. Without exception, each time I was meant with genuine warmth, kindness and exceptional service. I will definitely be coming back!

Midtown extended stay.

Stayed here after losing our home from 11/30/18 Cook Inlet earthquake. We stayed here in an extended stay room that helped us her back on our feet after the earthquake damage forced us to move. Pool was closed at hotel during our stay due to earthquake damages and repair work was underway during our time here. Have to say that the highlight of staying here was the complimentary breakfast in the lobby that included hit and cold drinks and food. They have a rotating menu of hot breakfast that either includes sausage patties and egg omelets or Canadian bacon and eggs. Make your own waffles with toppings was a big hit with us and a favorite of our eleven year old child. It was nice to have hot coffee and a warm breakfast every morning after waking up in the hotel. It definitely made getting our child to school a bit easier in the morning after having to deal with the aftermath of earthquake damages. Karen the breakfast attendant was always friendly, bright , positive and happy. She always tried chatting us and the other customers up in the morning. Overall a great stay.
