Everything's in the right place - excellent staff

This was a great place to stay in Ann Arbor, everything was right where you thought it should be. The staff was super helpful. I accidentally left an item of clothing in the closet and they were able to find and send it out to me super fast. A life saver.

The staff is this hotel is AMAZING!!! They are warm and friendly. They greeted us whenever we came in the hotel and asked how we were doing. They really wanted to connect with us and asked us what we did that day and if we needed any help. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. The free breakfast was one of the best we have had - they are usually fair but this one was very tasty! I would love to come back to Ann Arbor and stay here!!!
