Always fantastic customer service from Dee the receptionist; she always has a big smile for her guests no matter how busy or long the queue is.
Quality of Hotel and facilities is good as expected from a Travelodge.

I have stayed in quite a few Travelodges and whilst they are never my first choice, they serve a purpose and sometimes needs must
Unfortunately this one was not like the others. Rude staff, beyond filthy rooms and disinterest
I find it hard to describe the room in anything but the most negative words. It was filthy, there was dirty underwear under the bed (not mine), the bathroom was full of bits and mould was growing around the shower and basin
The breakfast restaurant was OK, food was average and reasonably priced.
The bar, which is in the same space as breakfast is probably better to avoid if possible as you sit at the breakfast tables on hard plastic chairs under harsh white lighting
The room was however very quiet
If it wasn't for the dirt I would have been reasonably happy here but it just makes it an unpleasant place to be when you can see the hotel does not care about its offering to its guests
