The facilities were top-notch from one end to the other - parking, check-in, common areas, condo unit, pools, play areas, etc. Every staff member we encountered from our fumbling first-time entry onto the property with the security guard, the desk clerk at the wrong tower (we started at the wrong one), the desk clerks at the correct tower throughout our stay, maintenance staff's lightning fast replacement of a balky coffee maker, to just passing staff in the hallways - every staff member was pleasant, cheerful, and helpful.
Excellent high end accommodations but unfortunately one floor down the EXTREMELY LOUD music, including some foul language in the music and some not, off of someone’s balcony and occasional wafting of an essence of marijuana is disturbing. We have small children and would not choose to allow them to hear this. Went to front desk and they said they would notify security but offenders are still offending. We don’t mind music and don’t mind a “slight” noise but this is utterly ridiculous for a place of this caliber....can’t even hear the ocean over their noise...
Am hoping this will not continue throughout our visit...
I will post an update if this problem IS remediated....
