Decent stay

by John H

Nice enough hotel in midtown, great service from the people in front. Room was pretty good, wish coffee was in the room not downstairs. Elevators could use an update. for the price it was well worth the stay.

Comfy, clean, perfect for weekend getaways.

Found a great price on Travelzoo. Very large, although somewhat dark, room. Bed was terrific. Bath was ok, a little small for two. Ok amenities. Extra large closet and a good dressing table area (not good light for putting on makeup, though.)
In room bar has a $10 a day credit. Nice touch.
Front desk staff were very helpful and made good suggestions for getting around and where to eat. Great coffee machine in lobby. Restaurant was under new management when we were there. Hopefully, they will get their act together.
All in all, a really good value for NYC.
