Okay, so, I won’t make this long because I’m a straight-to-the-point person, and according to my husband, I’m very picky about everything. That said, it’s a definite yes to stay here. We enjoyed it so much, we have made it a “must stay over night” every time we visit Maine (which is for the last nine years). Rooms are super-duper clean. Towels are fresh. The linen is clean, the room is spacious. Everything is nearby. It’s off the road but we NEVER hear the traffic. I prefer facing away from the street because the fall foliage is beautiful in the back. We enjoy staying here. ????????

As an ex-pat from Maine I try to visit the area once a year in early fall. When I do I alway book a stay in Wells at the USA Inn. This year was no different. It seems that each year the motel gets better and better. They have removed all carpeting and put down laminate flooring which is so much more aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean. The mattress was very comfortable, clean linens and clean bathroom. This is an older motel but well kept and does not include any breakfast but the price is very fair. And it is just a stones throw from Billy Chowder House and beautiful Wells Beach.
