My partner and I visited Villa del Palmar to celebrate our 3 years together. We weren't very sure of visiting such a remote area of Mexico and did not expect much of the property or the service. Our goal was mainly to just chill together... but we were very surprised about the attention and quality of service which made our experience not only about ourselves but also about the community and passion of each of the person that was part of our stay!
We were received by a romantically decorated bedroom, which was very unexpected since I did not mention the event of our trip, but casually commented it in conversation while making the reservation. It definitely added a nice touch for our first day and made us feel very special!
Me and my partner fell in love with Loretta, who was our Host and helped us get around as well as recommended us great options to do and go! Her smile, her vibe and overall all her just made our stay so much familiar and magical!
She recommended us a tour to "Isla Danzante" and we were delighted with the service and knowledge of our companion Christopher, who not only made us laugh and enjoy the tour but also shared with us interesting and curious information about Mexico!
Aside from that, the spa service was delicious (especially the deep tissue one!); the market shows were very entertaining! and our overall experience between the hotel and the people that make it was way past our expectations... so much that we decided to became members of the hotel and look forward to visiting very soon... in November actually ;)
This place is breathtaking, awesome, magnifique, very clean. The service is excellent, the food is very good and the staffs are fenomenal. They offer a wide varieties of activities for adults, children, families, etc.
