ATV Tour

by Loretta L

Christopher was an awesome tour guide. You can go your pace but Christopher made it exciting and allowed me to go as fast as I wanted while keeping me safe. The ATV tour was definitely worth the money and will do it again. Thumbs up! Loved the tortilla experience with the tour. Thanks Christopher for a great experience

Great scenery and great staff

by Kelownagrandparents

We spent six nights at the Villa del Palmar in Loreto and enjoyed our trip immensely. The resort is very well maintained and the staff is excellent. We want to especially acknowledge the help our concierge, Alexis, provided us in regard to the lost exit card, We were directed to the right Immigration place at the university in Loreto and the issue was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and we wish to thank Manny who was our excellent server at the Elite pool area. The Halloween entertainment was creative, fun and involved the guests. Our only unfortunate incident involved the Italian Casa Mia restaurant where we did not receive good service either time we went there, and ended up walking out the second time.
Generally I would recommend this resort to people wanting a quiet retreat from their busy schedule and appreciate friendly, helpful staff who attend to their every request. It is a bit far from Loreto itself, but shuttle service is available.
