Aloha! The Vive hotel has an excellent concierge by the name of KC (KC Nunes) who is very patient, knowledgeable and personable. He set up a submarine tour, a helicopter tour and a Polynesian Cultural center all day experience for me in a most pleasant way
I also enjoyed my stay at the Vive .since it is convenient to everything including Waikiki beach. It is about a 25 minute walk from the convention center where I had an international meeting but the exercise was good for me. Much love to the people in Hawaii. You have a beautiful spirit and way of relating to people and a great culture. Aloha.

My husband and I came to Celebrate our 21 Wedding Anniversary and the staff at the Vive Hotel are excellent. They all go about and beyond to make the guest feel extremely welcomed. Victoria was type notch. She worked extremely hard to get us all of the tours we wanted for a very reasonable price. She was very knowledgeable. She didn’t rush us through the process she took her time and got to know us as individuals. Which really made us feel special. When one of the tours short changed us by not making all the stops they were supposed to she took the time to listen and tried to do everything in her power to make it right for us. We could tell that Customer service was her number one priority. Once Kara’s knew we weren’t happy about one of our tours she stepped right in and did what she needed to do in order to make sure we were happy. It was great to encounter a manager that was hands on with everything. Once KC in Concierge knew we were Veterans she went above and beyond to get us discounts on our tours for being Veterans. Which really meant a lot to us. We also got the privilege of meeting Beverly who switched us out of our 1st room into a bigger more beautiful room and then had the room put together so beautifully for or anniversary. All of the employees just wanted us extremely happy. I was very impressed that all the staff knew us by our name, and went out of there way to greet us and speak to us every single time they saw us. I would take the Vive hotel over the Hilton, Hyatt, Sheraton or any of those other big hotel companies because to them you are just a guest in their large reservation book. But to all the VIVE staff they wanted you to feel comfortable and right at home I felt like I was dealing with my family which was really nice.
Victoria and KC should be considered for management as far as I am concerned. Their knowledge and care for the guest are unremarkable. Keep it up Ladies.
