One and done

by Donna G

Stay for the hotel--great location, close to Monument and across from White House. Quick couple of block to Trump Hotel. Rooftop bar is great for viewing and dining. However, the rooms are teeny tiny with barely enough to walk around bed. Zero view. After one night, I went to front desk early in the morning to change rooms. Surprisingly, one was available. Huh, why not last night. I moved from cramped room with one chair to a room with two beds and actual seating. Still no view though.

The worst supervisor and bar in the hotel industry

by jaypD6443PN

I drink last night with friends , they charged my card twice . Bar tender are rude dont know what is customer service I’m part of Marriott bonvoy as a platinum this is the worst experience I get . I didnt want a scene last night but the bar tender make it big not sure how the management run this place but I’m sure who ever run this didn’t is know service what is customer service . Manager should retrain the supervisor and bar tender . This seems like a ghetto bar when they treat customers.
