Fantastic Holiday and Amazing staff!!

Have just returned from a weeks stay at this wonderful hotel! From the moment we arrived to the time we left the hotel staff could not have done more for us! This hotel was just an amazing experience with great views either over the palm or out towards the Burj Al Arab. We were lucky enough to use the pearl lounge during our visit and a special mention to Mark, Eve and Clio who were just brilliant throughout our stay. As we were travelling with our 1 year old son, they would always look out for him, and make sure he got his breakfast that he wanted :-) The concierge at this hotel is also very good, very knowledgeable and very helpful in enabling us to do what we wanted to whilst visiting Dubai. Cant wait for our next trip to this hotel in the not too distant future!!

Amazing Stuff, Amzing Hotel, True Waldorf Service !

Im a Regular Guest of this Hotel since many years.
Especially Mr. Darwish and my Personal Conciarge Mr. Saidi always taking Care of me very well.
Indeed all other stuff is very friendly and the hotel is Amazing.
The Adult Pool is always nice, and a good Place to Relax if you Travel without Kids.
