Great hotel and staff!

I had an awesome experience. The staff emailed me a few days prior to my arrival to welcome me and introduce themselves. They offered to help with anything I may need during my stay. They invited me to a happy hour while I was staying at the hotel. The staff were super nice. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Disappointment

I recently stayed at the hotel for a week for business. The hotel was very cold and everything about the hotel seemed to need redoing. There was no bathrobe in the room which sounds picky but when you expect one and don’t bring one and it’s November, not fun. The Starbucks which is staffed and run by Westin had ridiculous lines in the morning. Can’t they hire staff? I ate lunch one day with my coat on it was like they forgot to put the heat on. It is November. People are friendly but they do t go out of their way. I am a Bonvoy member and disappointed with this one. They have been the only upscale hotel around for a while but the competition is moving in so we’ll see how they improve. Or not.
