Spend 3 nights as I was in Guatemala for business. The rooms definitively need some renovation. The chair I was sitting in to work on my desk was damaged, couldn’t sit well. The A/C even asked on the front desk was turned off every day from Housekeeping and I came in the evening in a warm room. Body wash was not put back. One of the lift was out of order during the 3 days without any explanation. This is just not a five star. Good things were well working WIFI and nice staff at the reception.

This place is top notch ! Super clean, prompt service, great location. The lounge was fantastic. Great food and the staff is very kind and accommodating. Especially Nery Herman and his whole team on the 9th floor went the extra mile to accommodate us. Thank you so much !!
