Although this 792-room property caters to many business groups, families find fun here too, especially at the pool where they zip down the water slide and float on the tubing river. At check-in children receive a scavenger hunt map, then they can join the year-round Westin Kids Club (for ages 4 to 12) and play tennis, create crafts and tour the hotel. Very nice, but not 5 Star

My 4th stay at this resort and they continue to provide very fine service. I was surprised by the lower quality food at Nellie Cashman's café this time around (dry chicken breast), but the rooms are very good- not outstanding. Additionally, they didn't have the King-sized bed I asked for (I know it is not guaranteed) and I felt I paid for more than they gave- maybe taken advantage of because I was there with a large group meeting. Pool, golf, fitness room and outside eating are all great. Staff is 4+ stars too. Very responsive and polite, but could be more proactive to really be exceptional and 5 star.

We stayed 4 nights for a conference, the hotel is located about 25 miles from airport, easy Uber ride, hotel itself is spacious, elegant and the room size is sufficient for comfort, ours had a balcony overlooking the golf course, a nice view for morning coffee. Everyone had a smile and was courteous, we had an issue with the toilet and it was fixed within half an hour.
Food was delicious.
Gym didn’t have cleaning wipes or sanitizer spray for the machines and was short on towels a couple of times.
Otherwise highly recommend.
