Usually soft bed with sheets that weren't long enough to cover the end, the rooms were clean and modern-looking - probably recently refurbished. No-one went out of their way to provide any service above the basic with no smiles, no helpfulness and no pleasantries. The doorman opened the door of a taxi for us and when no tip was given just left the door open when we got in. Wow. Front desk check-in was soulless. But I have to say the waiters and waitress in the Grill Room were excellent to us for breakfast - recognising us at once on the 2nd day and even trying to remember what we ate the previous day. The gym was decent and had 2 peloton bikes and free headphones which was great for me.
I left my Apple AirPods in my room and of course they were not found. The room I stayed in had thin walls and I could hear every word of my neighbors phone call. Elevators are slow. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I’m still mad about my engraved AirPods not being found.
