We enjoyed our stay and will be back next time I’m in Chicago.
We enjoyed our 5 night stay at this prop and the accommodations made by the excellent staff when we arrived at 9:30am. We expected to drop off luggage and grab breakfast after an early flight in. The front desk promptly put us in a comfortable room. Although we usually prefer a view or to be on the club floor we were so impressed we didn’t say a word. This property was on point with service and housekeeping.
The club was a bit crowded in the mornings but the staff was extremely efficient.
It’s a prime example of why Westin continues to be a favorite brand.
