Stayed at the property for a conference. Elodie did a great job checking me in with a big smile. Everything worked in the room and there were no surprises. Would definitely go back when visiting Ottawa.
Booked our rooms at the Westin hotel for our daughters graduation from U of O. The location was awesome! The weather did not cooperate during our stay fortunately the Westin is attached to the Rideau centre mall and also to the Shaw centre which you can access indoors through an indoor walkway! Very convenient not to have to wear our outdoor clothing. Also close to the Parliament buildings, canal, Byward market. Rooms were average! Staff were courteous. Definitely would stay there again.
The indoor pool is perfect for families. With steps into the shallow end, the pool is a manageable 12 meters long and 7 meters wide. Parents will also love the large indoor hot tub and outdoor patio space.
