Since eating well isn’t just for adults, Westin has introduced a Westin Eat Well Menu dedicated to educating kids on the importance and fun of eating smart, with healthy choices like chicken and veggie kabobs. The hotel also offers Westin Fresh by The Juicery, an assortment of healthy juices and smoothies, as well as “SUPERFOODSRX” dishes with lots of nutrients.

Relax on an award-winning Heavenly Bed. Pets are welcome if they are mid-size or smaller, and are treated to Heavenly Dog Beds and special amenities of their own. Rooms typically have floor-to-ceiling windows and one king or two queen beds, a shower with a massaging showerhead and views of either the desert or downtown. Club Level rooms feature complimentary Wi-Fi, continental breakfast and evening hors’d’oeuvres in the Executive Club Lounge. There are also one-bedroom suites with two flat-panel TVs and a free-standing soaking tub. You can use your Marriott or SPG points here or earn them for stays elsewhere.

Nice room; Nice views

Was here for 4 days attending a conference at the Phoenix convention center. It’s about a 6 minute walk from the hotel to the convention center. The Westin was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The view over the lights of Phoenix at night was very nice. Fitness center has ~ 7 treadmills, a few stationary bikes, and some weight machines - all perfectly adequate.

Bumped by Westin despite booking made 6 months in Advance!

I booked the Westin Phoenix 6 months in advance for the parents weekend at downtown campus of ASU. I’m a Bonvoy member & had already stayed at this hotel prob. 5 times over the last two years helping our son move in & visiting. Yet still they bumped us (by e-mail) with 6 days notice & no excuse!! Obviously being a loyal Bonvoy member means nothing to Marriott! They tried to move us to a Residence Inn (not comparable hotel) 25 mins. away..... terrible customer service
