Best trip ever!!!

Adi and Indy made my trip to Bali the most unforgettable experience of my life.
The room upgrade was breathtaking. Adi helped plan my evening out on the town for an incredible memory of Bali. They were incredibly patient and kind to me taking time to explain different options around Nusa Dua and Legian. The only negative was that I did not have more time to spend at the property.Don't miss the opportunity to stay at this fabulous resort and enjoy Bali hospitaity :)

Poor Room quality

The room was very sub standard. For a 5 star hotel, at the rates charged, I expected a room that is more elegant and clean as I have stayed in other 5 star resorts before. As soon as we walked into the room post checkin, we found ants and a dead bug in the room. This was already very disappointing. After being out the whole day during the second day, we were hoping housekeeping would clear the ants but when we returned at the end of the day, ants were still there. We called the front desk and they sent the exterminator to clear the ants. However, on the 3rd day, there were still ants. We called the front desk requesting for a new room but they were very reluctant to provide a new room despite all these issues. We had to really demand for a new room to finally get a new room which should not have been the case at all. To make things worse, there was one of the hotel employees who actually had asked me for money for help. This was the most disappointing as I did not expect this at all from at least the hotel employees. Outside I can understand but in the hotel is absolutely unacceptable. The only things I can say positive about the hotel is how the welcoming staff (guards, receptionist) were actually very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also very good with the wide variety of selections. Other than that, given the quality of the room and the hotel, this hotel is very overpriced and does not live up to the 5 star standards as advertised.
